SharePoint® E-Portfolio is a student-centered platform which can be augmented by a total integration to a full-blown LMS. Students can create and customize portfolios for academic, career or personal use; maintain their plan of study and share their work, goals and achievements with advisors, career counsellors and employers. Faculty, departments and institutions can create portfolio comments.

 LMS Integration

SharePoint® E-Portfolio can be integrated with SharePointLMS allowing for Single Sign-On. In addition students within SharePoint® E-Portfolio are able to select previously uploaded files and grades in the SharePointLMS system to be included in their E-Portfolio.

Security

SharePoint® E-Portfolio is a password-protected application. All sensitive data is taken from the Microsoft® Active Directory. No portfolio or user information is accessible for internal or external search engines.

What is included?

Using SharePoint® E-Portfolio students, employees and others can have their portfolio (blog, calendar, personal info, documents and etc.) online. Advanced access control will let the user decide who will be able to read and comment at the portfolio.
